Hometown Mortgage is located in beautiful Denton, Texas just off Interstate 35E and Teasley Lane exit at 1710 Westminster.  Our office hours are Monday - Thursday 9:00am to 5:30pm and Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm.  We are available for weekend appointments if needed.

To process customers home financing requests and keep customers informed, customers must provide their names, e-mail and street addresses, telephone numbers, income and other financial data.  All of this information is stored in a secure manner and is not accessible through the Internet.  Furthermore, we maintain a strict privacy policy according to the following tenets:

• We respect your privacy and value your trust in us.  We will do everything in our power to earn your confidence so that you can enthusiastically use our services and recommend us to friends and family.
• We do not collect the names or addresses of visitors to the Hometown Mortgage web site.
• We do not sell, rent or barter mailing lists of Hometown Mortgage customers.
• We do request and store the names, e-mail and street addresses, telephone numbers, income and other financial information for customers.  This information is transmitted to respective mortgage companies for the sole purpose of processing your mortgage request.
• Occasionally, we may notify you about a special offer from one of our promotional partners.  We do not reveal your name or address to that promotional partner unless you affirmatively respond to the promotional offer.
• At your request, we will not send you any information or offers unrelated to your finance request.
• Any changes to our privacy promise will be communicated through the Hometown Mortgage web site at least 10 days in advance of implementation.  Information collected before the changes are made will be secured according to the old privacy policy.
