Checklist of Information

Before you apply for a loan, it is helpful to know what information you will need to complete the application.  Fortunately, the home loan process we have provided has been streamlined so you will need a lot less paperwork.  This checklist will help you locate the right paperwork for a fast and accurate loan submission.

1. Social Security Numbers

2. Two (2) most recent pay stubs with year-to-date information

3. If self-employed, copy of last two (2) years signed tax returns

4. Last two (2) years W-2's

5. Two (2) most recent bank statements (checking and savings)

6. Most recent Stock/Bonds, mutual funds and/or retirement account statements

7. The approximate balance of all real estate debts

8. Last two (2) years residence history with correct addresses

9. Last two (2) years place of employment with correct address

For a Home Purchase

• Copy of purchase agreement or sales contract

If you are are expecting "gift money" (money you receive from someone such as a relative, which will not be expected to be repaid) to help towards closing costs and the down payment, let us know.  You will need to get a "gift money" letter from us which will include the amount of the gift, the proof that you have received the gift (bank statement showing deposit) and the relationship of the family member giving the money.

For Refinance

• The estimated fair market value of your home

• Estimated monthly homeowners insurance and monthly property taxes
